I can’t believe next week is Thanksgiving. I know we say this every year but man this year flew by. It’s been quite the year for me. It seems like just yesterday we were counting down to 2018!
I’ve had so many things in my life, that happened that I’m so grateful for. I had an amazing year. No major crises. I’ve written several short stories and entered them into writing contest. I’ve met some wonderful people who have enriched my life. I was able to spend quality time with some of my good lifelong friends and family.
Although we have a rough political outlook, we have to remember there are so many things in our lives that are good. If you have friends and family around you, count your blessings. If you have the means to put a roof over your head and food on the table, count your blessings. If your health is good, count your blessings. If you continually wake up in the morning, count your blessings.
Y’all we are blessed. We need to be thankful for every little thing in our lives! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving full of family, food, and wine!
